At Fuzzy Friends, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
No Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
Consumer Guarantees Under Australian Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item has a major failure, you are entitled to:
✔ A replacement or refund
✔ Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
If your item is faulty or damaged, we will replace, repair, or refund at our discretion within a reasonable time.
Reporting a Faulty or Damaged Product
To request a replacement or refund for a faulty or damaged product, please email us at info@fuzzyfriends.com.au with the following details:
✔ Order number
✔ Clear photos of the product and the issue
✔ Description of the fault or damage
If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return satchel so you can send the item back to us.
✔ Items must be returned within 28 days of receiving them.
Exclusions
We do not provide a refund, exchange, or repair for items that are damaged due to misuse or abnormal use.
Proof of Purchase Required – We will need satisfactory proof of purchase before processing any replacement, repair, or refund.
